The Global Creativity Initiative & Malakta Creativity Conference

The Global Creativity Initiative & Malakta Creativity Conference was held in Malax, Finland September 16-17, 2024. The conference brought together 20 creativity scholars from around the globe to share the latest thinking about human creativity science.

Attendees gathered at the beautiful Art Factory Malakta. Malakta is an artist-run centre located in an old dairy by the Malax River in the municipality of Malax in western Finland. Conference activities included networking, BBQ dinner, and musical concert.

Students, scientists, teachers, entrepreneurs, organizational leaders, and artists joined together to share a deeper understanding about the mechanisms of creativity.
